I apologize (to all!) for the delay in updating this site, which is about a lawsuit. I have been busy with various matters including declarations and motions and teaching.
Until recently, this site served up the original complaint in the action. A First Amended Complaint was filed to provide more specificity, and some of the additional detail was ruled impermissible under California's Anti-SLAPP precedents.
As a result, a Second Amended Complaint was filed that omitted the impermissible allegations. Thus the Second Amended Complaint does not contain a fraud cause of action. Most other causes of action, including notably the derivative causes of action for breaches of fiduciary duty, do survive at this time; and plaintiff now has some opportunity to discover the facts surrounding the sale of KatanaMe's assets to Skipper Wireless.
